Hyvää maanantaita kaikille! Tänään siis luvassa meikkipostausta ja helppoa tutoriaalia tälläiseen ruusukultaiseen silmämeikkiin. Paljon häivytystä tosin :D Koko naaman tutoriaalia en vielä jaksanut tehdä, mutta hieman myöhemmin tällä tai ensiviikolla. Vihdoin on uusi kamerakin testauksessa. Tänään vietinkin koko päivän kuvaillen ja uusia meikkejä kokeillen. Nojoo, nyt itse asiaan.

Lovely Monday everyone! Today I'm going to do this rosegold cut crease-look with simple tutorial for it. Full face tutorial will come up later this or next week but for now I just concentrate on the eyes. Finally I have also my new camera (Nikon D5300) to try out. I spent this whole day taking pictures and trying new makeup. Anyways, now to the point aka tutorial.
1. Luomien pohjustuksen jälkeen alotan aina silmämeikin lähes valkoisella luomivärillä. Se tekee hyvän pohjan kaikille muille väreille ja muutenkin helpottaa omasta mielestä ainakin häivyttämistä ja kokonaisuutta. Sitä voi laittaa ihan reilusti isolla pehmeällä siveltimellä liikkuvalle luomelle ja kulmaluulle. Kuvassa itsellä on myös irtopuuteria silmienalusella. Jos luomivärit karisevat on ne helppo pyyhkiä pois ilman että sotkee muuta meikkiä.

After priming my lids I start (almost) every eye-makeup with whitish eyeshadow. It makes a great base for all the other colors and makes blending easier. You can put a great amount with big fluffy brush on your eyelid and brow bone area. I like to have loose powder under my eyes in case of fallout.
2. Seuraava ja lähes tärkein vaihe tässä silmämeikissä: luomivakoon valitaan lämminsävyinen siirtymäväri, joka häivytetään pehmeällä häivytyssiveltimellä koko luomivaon alueelle. Tämä vaalea sävy liikkuvan luomen ja kulmaluun välillä helpottaa tummempien värien häivyttämistä. Väriä voi lisätä mielen mukaan kunhan aina häivyttää sen. Käytän tässä meikissä nyt sävyjä Kylie Cosmeticsin Burgundy paletista, mutta mitkä tahansa punertavat/lämpimät sävyt käyvät yhteen.

The most important stage of good eyemakeup: transition color for the crease. It helps you later to blend all the darker shades together. For this look warm-toned shade works perfectly. You can add the amount of color you like, just make sure you blend it well with fluffy blending brush. I will use shades from the Burgundy palette, but any red/warm-toned shades work for this.
3. Samalla häivytystekniikalla lisätään enemmän väriä ja syvyyttä luomivakoon. Pikkuhiljaa taktiikalla häivyttäminen toimii parhaitan ja sillä tavoin väriä voi lisätä niin paljon kuin itse haluaa. Edestakainen kevyt liike siveltimellä kunnes näyttää toivotulta. Lisäsin myös hieman oranssia punaisen kanssa. Käytän samaa sivellintä kuin toisessakin vaiheessa.

To add some more depth and color I blend red/orange shade in the crease. Little by little works the best and that way you can add as much as color as you want. Back and forth movement with the brush with just a slight pressure blends the shadow the best. I use the same brush as in the second step.
4. Seuraavaksi siirrytään tummempaan sävyyn ja pienempään ja kiinteämpään siveltimeen. Tätä sävyä lisään vain luomivaon "alkuun" ja häivytän ylöspäin. Keskitän sävyä myös enimmäkseen vain ulkonurkkaan "cut crease" tapaan.

Next I'm going to use a darker brown shade with smaller and denser brush. I apply the brown to the start of my crease and mostly to outer corner same time blending upwards. It starts to look like "cut crease" type of eyeshadow.
5. Peitevoiteen ja pienen napakan siveltimen avulla "rajaan" liikkuvan luomen luomivaosta. Tämän ei tarvitse olla täydellinen, koska alueelle lisätään myöhemmin väriä.

With some concealer and small concealer brush I cut my crease from the lid. This doesn't have to be perfect in this look, because we're still going to apply some color to that area.
6. Paletin tumminta sävyä ja pientä kiinteää sivellintä käyttäen käyn läpi peitevoiteen ja luomivärin rajaa häivyttäen sitä ulkonurkkaan. Tällä lisään taas syvyyttä ja hieman tummuutta.

With the darkest shade in the palette and small detail brush I go through the line between the concealer and eyeshadow, It brings some more depth and darkness.
7. Täytän peitevoiteella rajatun alueen kokonaan paletin kuparisella/kultaisella sävyllä ja tasaisella luomivärisiveltimellä. Pakkaan värin luomelle ja siistin ulkonurkan rajan peitevoiteella. Pyyhin myös irtopuuterin samalla pois.

I fill the whole lid with the copper/gold shade in the palette with flat eyeshadow brush. I really pack it on so it shows up. I also clean up the outer corner with some concealer and wipe off the loose powder.
8. Mac'in soft and gentle korostusväriä samalla siveltimellä kuin edellisessä kohdassa silmän sisänurkkaan ja kulmaluulle tuomaan valoa.

Using the same brush I apply some Mac soft and gentle highlight to my inner corner and brow bone to bring some light.
9. Irtoripset ja musta rajaus viimeistelyksi, Tähän voisi myös käyttää ruskeaa rajausta ja luonnollisemmaksi lopputulokseksi ilman tekoripsiä. Alaluomelle samoja sävyjä kuin luomivakoon yläluomelle: punertavaa ja lämmintä häivytettynä yhteen. Musta vesirajaus ja alaripsiin ripsiväri, niin kokonaisuus on valmis!

Add some black eyeliner and false lashes. You can also use brown liner and go without falsies for more neutral look. For lower lid I use the same warm colors as for my crease. Burnt orange and red blended togehter. Line your waterline and add mascara to your lower lashes and the look is finished!
